We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

The role holder is responsible for the management accounts, consolidating the OGB budget and forecasts, monitoring the OGB Balance Sheet and ad hoc reporting.   

 

You’ll have:

 

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to the values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do and our feminist principles.

 

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or international equivalent accounting qualification).
  • Competent in complex multi entity / multi divisional financial consolidations
  • Competent in preparing entity statutory financial statements
  • Competent in applying UK charity financial reporting standards: FRS102, SORP
  • Time management, planning and communication skills
  • High level numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable team management and leadership experience
  • Team player who relishes full participation in the activities of the team, division, and organisation
