Job description
The Victoria Hotel Galway is looking for a fully flexible food and beverage assistant.The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant and has to be confident in taking and serving orders, with a strong understanding of how to provide excellent customer service.This is an amazing opportunity to join the fun, energetic, and vibrant Victoria Hotel Galway.Currently we are looking to fill a Full time position.Summary of key activities
- Taking orders and serving customers
- Maintaining high levels of quality of service
- Take directions from the breakfast supervisor and the food and beverage manager
- Updating stock levels variances
- Covering early bar shifts serving drinks and food.
Experience and skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Passionate and Enthusiastic about customer service
- Experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Show initiative
- Knowledge about bar service is an advantage
