Level: MediorYou will make an impact in the following way:

  • Act as the Finance business partner for defined Sales areas in EA, understanding their needs and delivering tailored financial support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of sales/bookings and financial trends across the European sales region.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support data-driven and commercially sound business decisions.
  • Lead monthly forecasting processes and quota target setting during budgeting, while tracking commission performance.
  • Support continuous process improvement and system enhancements aligned with business strategy and KPIs.

What you will bring:

  • Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent, with professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA) or relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset and numeracy skills, capable of turning financial data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in or appreciation of a sales environment within an international organization.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.
