· Ensuring delivery of P&L targets through variance analysis, mid-year adjustments, and strategic recommendations.· Supporting the annual three-year strategic planning process.· Assisting the Head of Commercial Finance with strategic and ad hoc analyses, including areas such as new funding, acquisitions, and structural changes.· Contributing to the preparation of board-level analyses and reports.· Developing and refining management information reporting tools to enhance decision-making across the business.· Producing long-term forecasts for P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, underpinned by reliable financial models.· Aiding in working capital management to meet key targets.· Evaluating and analysing capital expenditure business cases.· Promoting high standards and best practices across the finance team, wider organisation, and with external stakeholders.Your Experience· Fully qualified accountant, preferably with a background in a Big 4 firm.· At least two years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a strategic finance capacity.· Proven expertise in financial analysis and decision support, including evaluation, modelling, problem-solving, and presenting actionable recommendations.· Advanced numerical and financial literacy, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.· Proficiency in handling complex financial systems, modelling, and analysis.· Strong commercial awareness paired with strategic thinking abilities.· Excellent organisational and project management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.· Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial insights to diverse audiences.· Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective business relationships and influence stakeholders.If you’re interested, contact Aaron Flanagan!Meet Your Consultant
