NR REF.: 1191480For one of our Clients we are looking for FP&A Manager to join Warsaw team.Responsibilities:

• Lead business finance in Poland, focusing on Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement business plans.
• Develop monthly forecasts and annual plans, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Monitor project progress and report variances.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and closing processes.
• Work with DACH & Poland finance leaders to integrate finance functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support finance teams in monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Partner with local finance teams to improve financial operations.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in Polish and English.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability to changing business conditions.
