Job Description: Freelance Project Manager – Industrial Engineering Projects

We are looking for a medior Project Manager with proven project management skills and a background in engineering. This role focuses on delivering technical industrial projects from concept to realization across production facilities, infrastructure, and R&D.

Responsibilities:

* Define project scope, deliverables, and constraints (budget/planning).
* Assemble and lead project teams.
* Oversee technical design, specifications, and tender documentation.
* Select and manage contractors, engineering firms, and internal/external resources.
* Monitor progress, maintain client communication, and manage scope changes.
* Report regularly to stakeholders.

Profile Requirements:

* Engineering degree with at least 5 years of professional experience.
* Minimum 3 years managing technical industrial projects.
* Technical background in Electromechanics; knowledge of chemistry is a plus.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Languages:

* Dutch: Fluent
* English: Very Good

Contract:

* Until end of 2025, with a high likelihood of extension.
