What you will be doing as an HR Advisor:
- Support HR transition projects and participate in knowledge transfers
- Support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation tasks
- Participation in system and process implementations
- Support Change Request Management activities for entire HR Service system
landscape (Success Factors, OpenText, ServiceNow) including the submission, follow-up, and implementation of defined change requests
- Document business requirements and align with relevant IT and business stakeholders
- Participate in system and process improvements
- Support Testing coordination tasks
- Assist with HR knowledge management activities
- Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems
- Support the administration of HR processes and procedures along the employee life
cycle and complete daily operational activities
- Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality
and access to be in line with policiesRequirements:
- 3 years of experience in the HR field
- Experience with HR projects (HR Transition and / or HR System implementation)
- Fluent French and English language skills
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced computer skills
