  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their goals, anticipating their needs, and proposing tailored solutions to help them achieve success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operational and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and execution for each client.
  • Build, manage, and deepen strategic relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnership success.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to monitor satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and ensure delivery aligns with agreed objectives.

2. Business Development and Growth Catalyst

  • Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to clients, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Develop tailored proposals and value-driven strategies to address client needs, both immediate and long-term.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to strengthen client loyalty and enhance client retention rates.
  • Work with clients to co-create strategies for future initiatives, positioning our solutions as integral to their business growth.

3. Financial and Budget Management

  • Manage and monitor client budgets, ensuring profitability of projects and delivery operations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on financial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising the quality of service delivered.
  • Present financial performance updates to both clients and internal leadership teams.

4. Travel and Regional Exposure

  • This role includes 20% travel:
  • Internationally: Across North and West Africa (e.g., Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Benin).
  • Nationally: Regular visits to clients in other cities across France.
  • Travel will allow you to build stronger relationships with clients, oversee operations on-site, and gain valuable insight into regional markets.

Your Profile: Who Were Looking For

  • Education: Graduate of a top-tier business school (or equivalent), demonstrating strong academic foundations.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in consulting or a commercial role involving client relationship management, business strategy, or financial accountability.
  • Business Development Skills:
  • Mastery of upselling and cross-selling techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to develop strategic proposals and deliver client solutions with a consultative approach.
  • Financial Acumen:
  • Ability to manage complex budgets, monitor project profitability, and analyze financial KPIs.
  • Strong reporting skills to provide clear performance insights and recommendations.
  • Languages:
  • Native French (essential).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a natural talent for building trusted client relationships.
  • Strategic mindset and a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
