Unlike typical call centres, you will be in contact with their business partners (hospitals and laboratories) in the healthcare sector.😍 To ensure your success, they offer comprehensive trainings during the first 6 weeks (SAP training), while providing you with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in a supportive team.🔍 They are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who are at the end of their studies and ready to start full-time work within 60 days of application.👉 Join our Partner team in the biotech industry and gain valuable experience!Your main responsibilities will be:⭕ Connect and support their customers with their dynamic sales team⭕ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to ensure seamless collaboration and an excellent customer experience⭕ Process customer operational complaints and see challenges as opportunities for professional development and growth⭕ When you have sufficient experience, participate in identifying and implementing process improvements ⭕ Ensure an excellent customer experience and take responsibility for accurate work to reduce audit riskExpectations:✅ Post-secondary or post-secondary education✅ 1-2 years of internship experience in a multinational environment in a similar field ✅ Microsoft Office user level✅ Fluency in written and spoken English ✅ Fluency in written and spoken French✅ Good organisational skills ✅ Good communication skills for telephone and emailSalary: 💰 Base salary: to be discussed at interview⏰ Working hours: 🔺 According to Hungarian working hours, 08:00-18:00, 8-hour working hours; or on days that are public holidays in Hungary but not in France (with extra compensation); 🔺 Hybrid working schedule: 3 days office work, 2 days Home Office per week🔆 The nature of the work is agency, i.e. the future colleague will be employed as a full-time employee.❗ How to apply:1️⃣ Register on Schönherz.hu2️⃣ Fill in a CV on Schönherz.hu* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT.
