This role ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction through efficient, professional, and courteous service. The Front Desk Supervisor will schedule, manage and motivate the front office team, handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and will assist with administrative tasks. Next to day shifts, a key aspect of this role is the willingness and ability to work in shifts, providing hands-on support to the team across various times of the day.Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front office role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of front office procedures and hotel management systems
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud is an advantage, not a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English and French; Dutch is a plus
