• Lead and manage the front office team, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally.
• Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor and manage front office budgets, including staffing and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Leadership experience with a track record of team development.
