Fundraising & Philanthropy Assistant
Full Time – 35 Hours per week
Permanent Contract
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 depending on skills and experience
Location: Beechcroft House and Hybrid

We are seeking a Fundraising & Philanthropy Assistant to join our cause.

Our fundraising team is ambitious, with a strong track record of success and plans for growth.
Working within the Marketing & Fundraising department, this is a varied role which provides
support to the Trust’s philanthropy and fundraising efforts in generating income and providing
an excellent supporter experience. 

The post-holder will be expected to undertake tasks including admin and data support for the
team, providing first-class stewardship for supporters and donors, researching new prospects or
potential funding opportunities, and helping to plan and run our exciting and developing events
programme. 

We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent
communications skills. This role would suit somebody with outstanding people skills who is keen
to develop their knowledge and skills within a busy and successful fundraising department.

This role will be based at our office in Curdridge, however, we are happy to accommodate a
hybrid working routine, and discuss a pattern of work which suits the candidate. Traditionally,
office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with an hour lunch break.
