Job Responsibilities:
-Developing solutions to problems for our customers and implementing them on site.
-Technical customer service and sales support for customers.
-Introducing new or optimized processes and products to the market.
-Leading projects and working in a team on projects of other colleagues.
-Close cooperation with the R&D, marketing and sales departments.
-Close cooperation with suppliers of plant and process technology.
-Supervision of beta site tests of new products at the customer’s premises.
-Creating or working on process instructions and process specifications.
-Creating reports and presentations for internal and external use.
-Conducting training courses for our customers and employees.
Requirements & Qualifications:
-Theoretical and practical skills in the field of surface – plating treatments / galvanization,
-Experience in project planning and implementation,
-Ideally knowledge in the field of statistical test planning and evaluation,
-Communication in local language,
-Good knowledge of English, German is a plus,
-Good knowledge of common Office applications,
-Independent working style, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and creativity.
-Analytical and structured approach, flexibility, ability to work under pressure.
-Driving license class B and willingness to travel.
