In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds the project together, working closely with the production team, product owner, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality game experiences. If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a sharp focus on project execution and teamwork, this role is the perfect fit for you!Job requirementsWhat will you be doing?Taking ownership of project execution and delivering high-quality results;Crafting & maintaining delivery plans with the team, tracking progress, and adapting as needed;Boosting teamwork, ensuring smooth communication, and leading the team by motivating, resolving challenges, and keeping everyone aligned toward success;Supporting the Product Manager in task coordination;Streamlining processes and enforcing best practices;Identifying risks and proactively solving challenges to keep projects on track;Hosting engaging project meetings (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and even social gatherings);Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new team members.Why should you join us?You will work with industry experts and grow your skills in a dynamic, creative environment;You will have a direct impact on one of our flagship games, Hunting Clash;You will join a fast-growing, innovative company where you can keep learning and making an impact!What are we looking for?Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in project management or Scrum Master roles;Strong time management skills with the ability to organize tasks in a dynamic environment;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-ability to collaborate effectively, resolve conflicts, and keep the team motivated;Prioritization expertise-ensuring tasks align with set guidelines and deadlines;Proactive mindset-taking the initiative, solving challenges, and driving solutions;Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team;Fluency in Polish and English (B2 minimum);Knowledge of product development, project lifecycles, and agile frameworks;Experience with teamwork organizing tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello);A charismatic, responsible, and engaged approach to work.Amaze us with:A Professional Scrum Master certification;A track record of successfully organizing team workflows;A strong understanding of the gaming industry.We know fitting all our criteria might be hard, as they describe the perfect candidate.
