Job One- Permanent Gas Engineers are needed in Exeter

Our client is one of the UK’s largest companies in the industry who are now looking for additional engineers to join their Gas Engineering team

Job Description

Are you a skilled Gas Engineer based near Exeter, looking to earn GBP50,000 per year?

Your Role:

* Completion of Annual gas servicing & minor heating repairs working to health & safety guidelines, safe working practices, operational procedures, gas safety regulations and specifications.
* Must be available for out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety
* Report / Complete works using your PDA
* Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards
* Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules

What We Need from You.

* ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
* A full UK driving license
* Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
* Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
* A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
* Ability to manage your time and workload independently
* Recognised formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) (desirable)
* Additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented) are desirable

Job Two- Contract- Gas Service Engineers are needed in Exeter

Our client is one of the UK’s largest companies in the industry who are now looking for additional engineers to join their Gas Engineering team

Gas Service Engineers are needed for Exeter

GBP23.33 per job (if engineers have their own Vehicle and kit) + lots of jobs available

GBP20.83 per job (if engineers will have the Vehicle and kit supplied by our client)+ lots of jobs available

Engineers can expect to complete 40 to 50 services per week

Helping over out of hours (1 in 4) is desirable but not essential, and paid as below

* Standby GBP16.66 per night on call
* GBP20.83 per hour door to door if covering callout

Our client will supply gas safe cover

Ideally you will have your van and kit but our client could look at supplying one
