The ideal candidate
* Graduated from a Hospitality Management studies or related
* Hands-on mentality and passion for the operations
* Used to doing events, promotional activities, and brand awareness
* Experience managing teams
* Acting as an ambassador for the brand
* Used to hiring and training the team
* Experience in pre-openings
* Multi-site fine dining experience
* Knowledge of the Spanish market
* Fluent in English , Spanish and Catalan
