People & OrganizationKey responsibilities:
- Provide effective and professional HR support for managers and employees at our Budapest and Zagreb locations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
- Take charge of HR systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date employee and organizational data
- Oversee and maintain internal HR documentation with precision
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Engage in both local and global HR projects, introducing innovative solutions
- Participate in performance management and compensation processes
- Organize impactful training sessions, team-building activities, CSR initiatives, and job fairs as needed
- Support internal communication and employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment
- University or College degree
- Fluency in English and Hungarian-both written and spoken
- Strong command of MS Office tools
- Solid understanding of Labor Law and HR best practices
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
