Job description
Our client is a well-established manufacturing company, recognized as a leader in urban engineering and mobility solutions. They are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join their finance team and support the ongoing improvement of AP processes. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in accounts payable and a proactive approach to process enhancement. Strong English skills are required for this role, and a good working knowledge of German, particularly in writing, will also be highly valued.Main responsibilities:
- Support junior and medior collegues in case of complexed issues
- Mentor new joiners
- Participate in invoice verification, processing, reclaims, corrections, AP closing, and periodic activities
- Engage in day-to-day operations of master data management and document reception
- Identify, assess, and resolve issues as they arise
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with businesses and stakeholders to cultivate professional relationships
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Maintain and update process manuals and relevant work instructions regularly
Required skills:
- Preferred degree in Economics or Finance, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in English and German
- Commitment to continuous improvement and quality
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Positive can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
- Excellent team player
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
