We are seeking Global Analyst to join our innovative department, Clinical Trail Analytics and Strategic Insights (CTA&SI) that is a part of IQVIA’s Applied Data Science Center.

Job Overview:
Global Analyst will be responsible for providing input into the generation of clinical study strategies and collaborating with other involved IQVIA teams to perform data mining and analysis, formulate recommendations and present to internal and potentially external stakeholders.

You will play an integral role in developing country, site, and enrollment strategies, supporting proposals, and preparing materials for customer engagements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will apply your expertise in therapeutic research, data analysis, and strategic planning to ensure our solutions are both accurate and impactful.

 

With access to advanced tools and technologies and with use of programming languages like SQL and Python, you will explore data lakes, create prototypes, and develop innovative solutions. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Healthcare, Biological Science, Public Health Data Science or related field.
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in clinical research.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL and Python (e.g., PySpark, Pandas, NumPy) programing languages supporting big data analysis and advanced analytics use cases.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, FDA regulations, and Drug Development process.
  • Prior knowledge working of healthcare data attributes (e.g., Claims, EMR, IQVIA data) with hands on data analysis skills to explore large data lakes to develop prototypes and custom code.
  • Experience and knowledge of developing complex data models using Machine & Deep learning algorithm preferred by not required.
  • Experience & knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including well-developed computer skills in applicable software.
  • Fluency reading, writing and speaking in English and French.
  • Ability to work independently, and effectively to prioritize tasks.
