Job Description Summary Together we’re building the future of Sandoz!Job DescriptionWe have two main global businesses:Generics, divided between standard generics (mainly oral solids) and complex generics (including injectables, respiratory and others).Biosimilars, where we are the global pioneer, with eight marketed medicines and a rapidly growing pipeline now counting 24 moleculesOver 20 years of experience in biosimilar development have equipped us with extensive knowledge and outstanding expertise in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of biosimilar medicines to the healthcare community and patients worldwide.This opportunity is waiting for you to contribute to Sandoz success story!As Global Brand Manager, Biosimilars, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the brands of the unit by implementing the commercial and brand strategies including campaigns and lifecycle management activities
  • Deliver specific and implementable tools and tactics to stakeholders to drive increased competitiveness
  • Ensure effective pro-active communication with key stakeholders in Global, Regions and local markets
  • Support global brand plan and budget management, forecasting including execution of global key deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with Sandoz policies and procedures and full integration into the Sandoz culture and support resources

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (medicine, biology, chemistry, business, or a similar field preferred). MBA or advanced degree (e.g. MS, Pharm D) preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry or equivalent experience
  • Marketing experience required
  • Local country experience in a key market preferable (e.g., Customer facing roles, Operational Marketing)
  • Prior above country experience preferable (e.g., Regional Operations, Global Marketing)
  • Global or Country launch experience in US and EU5 is a plus
  • Internationally oriented: cultural awareness and sensitivity gained through working and living abroad is a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver key activities in a highly competitive environment, including pragmatic, agile, flexible mindset
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to fast changing environments
  • Proven ability to take accountability for a project or product
  • Strong communication skills including proven ability to work and communicate with senior executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross-functionally and with country organizations, to align interests of multiple parties
