Global Customer Service Operations – Senior Manager Expert Unit Microbiology – All Genders

We are looking for an experienced Manager with strong cutomer service skills to lead the Expert Unit Microbiology France department of the Global Customer Service Operations (G-CSO).

You will be responsible for managing a team of 16 multidisciplinary and multicultural experts. You will be in charge of supporting the strategic axes of our department and in particular Support, Train and Coach the employees of our subsidiaries and distributors in order to continously develop their skills and autonomy at the service of our customers. 

What will be your missions at bioMérieux ?

  • Manage the department and develop a team of 16 Experts Define team goals and assess resources (budget, resources, etc.)
  • Be responsible for the deliverables of the department :
  • Define and facilitate the knowledge and technical skills transfer plans for our subsidiaries and distributors
  • Provide the service tools to local teams and share best practices
  • Improve methodologies that have a direct impact of department operations and strategy
  • Manage complex situations requiring solutions with direct impact on operations, finance, humain resources and / or

customers Influence various departments to resolve issues

  • Promote the voice of the customer service in corporate projects
  • Ensure that the team apply quality assurance processes 

Who are you ?

  • Master’s degree in Engineering/Biology
  • Strong management experience with at least 3 years of team management
  • Strong Customer Service Experience with a minimum 5 years in Global, Regional or Local functions Healthcare market

Experience – IVD is a plus

  • Interest in working in an international environment
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in complex and multicultural organizations
  • Team player, able to work with multidisciplinary teams and in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Good ability to communicate complex information in a simple way
  • Good priority management and ability to meet commitments on time
  • Fluent in English mandatory, mastering of French language is a strong asset Occasional travel capacity
