For this reason, we are looking for a Global HR Intern to join us on this exciting journey and help us achieve our vision.The PositionAs a Global HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with a variety of HR disciplines, allowing you to build skills across recruitment, employer branding, learning & development, and HR operations. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, humor and flexibility, and where you will have the freedom to approach tasks in a way that works best for you.Your responsibilities will cover:HR administration: Helping to maintain HR templates, update policies and prepare presentations.Recruitment support: Assisting with job postings, interview coordination, and recruitment processes.Onboarding & Development: Supporting onboarding programs and employee development initiatives.Employer Branding: Helping plan and execute branding initiatives and developing a global employer branding toolkit.QualificationsWe place a high value on your personality, appreciating qualities like curiosity, adaptability, and most of all a proactive mindset.To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for HR, recruitment, and employer branding.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You can organize your work while adjusting to new challenges.
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
