If you thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where insights shape strategy, we would love to meet you!In this role you will make an impact…… when driving end-to-end qualitative research projects involves designing, delivering, and analyzing data to extract actionable insights for business decisions. You will be transforming these findings into compelling narratives, crucial for influencing strategy and decision-making.You will demonstrate excellence in qualitative methodologies, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographic research, and innovative approaches, while showcasing superior moderation skills across diverse audiences and cultures. Additionally, you will develop and refine discussion guides to uncover deep consumer motivations and behaviors, monitor consumer trends, and connect these insights meaningfully to provide strategic foresight.In addition, some of your key tasks will include:

  • Leading qualitative research projects from inception to completion.
  • Transforming findings into impactful narratives that inform strategy.
  • Demonstrating expertise in various qualitative methodologies.
  • Developing discussion guides that reveal consumer insights.
  • Collaborating with qualitative research agencies to ensure high-quality outputs.

You will work closely with a diverse range of internal stakeholders across Human Health Biosolutions, health categories & innovation, commercial, and scientific teams. Your insights will help bridge knowledge gaps and achieve business objectives. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders, including research partners and providers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely insights that drive business decisions.We expect you to bring…

  • A Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in psychology, sociology, anthropology or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in qualitative research
  • Experience in health and nutrition, or a related field.
  • Analytical skills to synthesise large volumes of qualitative data.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in english.

Additionally, we expect you to demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication and adaptability, engaging effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. You should possess a curious and open-minded approach, eager to explore new ideas and integrate multiple viewpoints into insights.Being an empathetic and active listener will be vital in building trust and translating stakeholder needs into meaningful recommendations.
