You will play a key role in helping organisations navigate global workforce tax challenges, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimising tax outcomes.Key Responsibilities

  • Advise tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on the tax and social security implications of global mobility programs.
  • Develop and implement workforce tax planning strategies to optimise tax efficiency.
  • Provide strategic guidance on global mobility policies and their tax considerations.
  • Oversee tax aspects of global mobility, including equalisation, protection, and compliance planning.
  • Manage and resolve tax disputes related to international employment.
  • Assess and mitigate permanent establishment risks across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with legal teams to ensure employment law and tax compliance.
  • Deliver training sessions on global workforce tax matters for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
