As an Online Sales Assistant you will be the main point of contact for colleagues in the markets, assisting with daily tasks and issues related to the online shops.Your responsibilities:

• Providing on-site support to markets before, during and after launches

• Act as a sparing partner for developing and testing enhancements

• Provide support for all launches, migrations and relaunches

• Content management for our various web shops

• Act as a strategic thinker to support the different aspects of our e-commerce operations

Your profile:

• High school or bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field

• Have a keen interest in the digital marketplace and a technical proficiency

• Willingness to travel to support our local teams and ensure seamless operations

• Fluency in English and proficiency in German and/or Italian
