Global Product Specialist – Dialysis Software Solutions

Are you ready to take on a role where technology, healthcare, and international collaboration come together? We are looking for a Global Product Specialist to join a fast-growing product management team in Belgium (Mechelen & Brugge), working on cutting-edge software that is transforming dialysis care.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will:

Lead international implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, workflow validation, and successful go-lives.

Train and support healthcare professionals and internal teams on advanced dialysis management solutions.
*

Engage with clinics worldwide to evaluate user satisfaction, collect feedback, and help drive product improvements.
*

Provide pre-sales expertise with product demos, presentations, and solution design.
*

Collaborate with product, marketing, and account management teams to shape strategies, market positioning, and customer engagement.

What we’re looking for

A Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
*

Experience as a Product Specialist with the focus in healthcare software
*

Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
*

Fluency in English & French (Spanish is a plus).
*

Flexibility to travel internationally (approx. 50%).
