As a Global Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin, you will be responsible for leading and supporting regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations that touch the wider CRM ecosystem across Fresenius Kabi’s business units and regions. You will work closely with regional, global and local teams in Sales, IT, Commercial Excellence and digital transformation to ensure a transparent and fruitful collaboration.You will also help delivering end user support and drive CRM adoption to gain efficiencies wherever possible. Developing and maintaining training materials and providing training sessions to ensure stakeholder understand and can effectively use new systems or processes will be one of your key responsibilities.On top of the ad-hoc and immediate needs of the current infrastructure and design, you will also be supporting the global OneCRM initiative which will bring a harmonized Commercial Ecosystem across regions and business units. Supporting in the overall project management as well as the set up of the wider OneCRM Governance framework will be one of your key deliverables as part of this global program. Additionally, you will also play a pivotal role when it comes to the harmonization of global business processes and the initial design & configuration of our OneCRM instance (primarily focused on Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud as well as Field Service).Your assignmentsOperational Business SupportLead and support regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations surrounding the wider Customer Engagement ecosystemDeveloping training materials and providing training sessions to ensure that stakeholders understand and can effectively use new systems or processes.Deliver end-user support and drive CRM adoption to gain efficiencies wherever possibleData Management – keeping our CRM’s clean and increase data quality (including tech debt reduction)Support with Reporting & Analytics to allow take better data-driven decisionsClose cross-functional collaboration with regional teams, IT and global digital transformationOneCRM SupportSupport the overall OneCRM initiative by:Bringing Project Management structure and the ability to see and work towards the big pictureSupport in setting up the wider OneCRM Governance frameworkHelp defining the wider Customer Engagement ecosystemCommunication and Change Management skillsDefining harmonized business processes across regions and business unitsConfiguring the OneCRM instances with a focus on Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud, also including Field ServiceSupport with the configuration and set-up of the new Life Science CloudYour profile5+ years of professional experience in Pharma / Life Science industry, preferably in CRM focused and commercial-oriented roles3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or AdminUniversity degree business administration, economics, or similar field, preferably MBA or PhDProfound project management and stakeholder management skillsSalesforce Admin Certification is a must (Business Analyst certification preferred)Independent, process- and result-oriented way of workingExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluency in the English language is required, German preferred, any additional languages are an advantageIntercultural experience and willingness to travel internationally
