This position will be a key driver of creative excellence, responsible for building and
developing our luxury beauty brands. The SD/VM Senior Manager will support our skincare Global Creative Directors in high-level concept development and execution of store design and
merchandising, helping to move the needle towards disruptive brand-building executions.

Darphin, deeply rooted in French heritage, leads in delivering high-performance skincare solutions tailored specifically to transport our active ingredients deep into the skin to increase their effectiveness & bring the most powerful skin transformations. Lab Series, an American brand, is meticulously crafted to understand men&rsquos physiology and unique skin needs. Both entities have a global presence with retail stores across the world.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Builder:
&bull Partners with Global Creative Directors to develop and build strong instore visibility.
&bull Supports in brand management and execution to ensure consistency across channels.
Strategic Thinker:
&bull Align concept development with functional and business needs.
&bull Support SD/VM needs for priority markets (outposts, podiums, pop-up formats, etc)
&bull Identify consumer trends, maintain knowledge and execution of industry best practices
for retail marketing as well as performing ongoing benchmarking
&bull Partner with consumer insights to conduct regular environmental analysis,
&bull Drive and execute compelling storytelling at store
Creative Collaborator:
&bull Work closely with Marketing to create and activate events and experiences in store that
have global reach.
&bull Partner with Creative Operations to align on appropriate talent to ensure accurate
execution of creative vision.
&bull Partner with Regions to analyze and develop strategies for Influencer and Consumer
Animation and Events to build brand equity, consumer retention, conversion and revenue.
&bull Oversees and provides feedback to relevant outside agency partners
&bull Identify, maintain and manage strong relationships with China and EMEA team in the delivery of event ideation and in-store production services.
CREATIVE MISSION:
&bull Highly creative skills & work experience at Store Design and Visual Merchandising
&bull In collaboration with agencies and internal departments, designs and creates floor plans, elevations, schematics, details, sketches and 3D modeling necessary to communicate design vision
&bull Adaptation of SD/VM concepts across channels of distribution (FSS, DS, Pharma, Specialti-Multi, Pop-ups, etc&hellip )
&bull Design planograms and planogram’s evolution during the year based on Marketing programs
&bull Create aesthetically optimized visual merchandising schemes for window vitrines and in-store
vitrines, for the presentation of existing products and new product launches
&bull Drive high visual merchandising standards across the retail locations with creation of clear
guidelines and communication for each launch program
&bull Apply & Adapt Global Store Design & VM Concepts guidelines to regional projects & constraints within timing and quality
&bull Produces concept sketches, presentation drawings, technical drawings, specification and
artwork layouts as required to communicate design intent
&bull Establishes a list of preferred and reliable freelance consultants to unsure workload smoothness
Qualifications
&bull 10+ years of creative experience in SD / VM, in luxury beauty is a plus.
&bull Analytic, strategic thinker with strong written and oral skills
&bull Good visual awareness, creative ability and driver of innovation
&bull Project Management with problem solving skills
&bull Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented, time management skills, ability to juggle priorities.
&bull Self-responsible, proactive and autonomous is essential.
&bull Well organized, autonomous, proactive and detail oriented
&bull English is mandatory, mastery of French is a plus
&bull An international work experience is a plus
&bull Team player & strong relationship-building skills: ability to work with a variety of people in
various disciplines and enjoys collaborating with positive attitude.
&bull Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
&bull Proficient knowledge of Adobe programs Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
&bull Knowledge in motion design, AUTOCAD / SKECTH UP / SOFTWARE 3D.
&bull Strong understanding and experience in both online and offline retail experience
&bull Committed to introducing environmentally conscious strategies to skincare industry
&bull Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
&bull A great portfolio showing high-end store design / visual merchandising work
&bull Unlimited passion for beauty and luxury.
