About the role

Are you ready to become the cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring our customers get what they need when they need it? As a Demand Planner for large markets or Demand Planning Manager for smaller markets at Reckitt, your expertise will drive our production, purchasing, and provide invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. In this strategic role, you are the maestro of data, understanding and interpreting market trends to predict demand with precision. Your responsibilities

  • Be a Business Partner to the cross-functional teams within Reckitt Operating Model.
  • Be the main point of contact between manufacturing (internal & external) and the business unit (Marketing, Sales, Planning teams) for all the innovations.
  • Lead the End-to-End Innovation launch timeline and ensure with all the stakeholders that each step is fulfilled accordingly to ensure that innovations are launched on time.
  • Proactively identify any blocking points, provide mitigation plans, and escalate.
  • Check the products setup in the relevant systems and issue the technical sheets for the customers.
  • Minimize residuals finished goods and packaging stock during launch/stop process.
  • Follow-up of innovations progress and performance.
  • Prepare and present recurrent check points with cross-functional team to follow up on innovations (i.e.: Portfolio Management Review during Decision Meeting).
  • Own portfolio complexity reduction and challenge cross-functional teams based on all relevant datapoints and ensure we reach optimized portfolio across both FR and BNL.
  • Maintain a robust NPI Hygiene France handbook with clear procedures.
