The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:By joining Corporate Legal team led by Associate General Counsel and Group Company Secretary, you will become a part of a small team devoted to the corporate management of its subsidiaries, affiliates and branches across the globe. The role is seen to provide valuable assistance with implementation of the global entity rationalization project, corporate housekeeping, and various internal projects such as further modernization, digitalization and accessibility to the corporate information and compliance. It is also highly pragmatic in focus: this is about stuff that needs doing each day and needs to work.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible for researching and preparing legal documents (certificates, powers of attorney, statements, KYC and UBO forms) and other legal materials, circulating documents for signature, coordinating notarization, apostilles and other certifications.
- Maintenance of the entity management system and other Corporate Legal document repositories
- Coordination with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Tax, Treasury, Project Management) and external legal advisors for the purpose of timely implementation of the project and entity compliance
- Updates of entity records with the relevant Commercial Registries
- Administrative tasks such as Purchase Orders requests, new supplier creations etc.
QualificationsEXPERIENCE:
- Appropriate qualifications in law or as a paralegal from the European university and a good understanding of legal concepts relevant to an in-house corporate legal practice
