The Graduate Futures Manager is a dedicated leader who specialises in fostering student and graduate success within the dynamic landscape of university graduate careers. They will be responsible for the management of a multi campus team who focus on coaching and supporting the provision of bespoke employability services and programmes which are pivotal in shaping and advancing the career trajectories of students and graduates. They will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Graduate Development Coaches and will work across all levels and modes of higher education programmes to ensure employability support and delivery is available throughout the student journey.
As Graduate Futures Manager they will be the key contact and lead for the design, development and delivery of inclusive initiatives and programmes of support that meet the needs of an increasingly diverse student and graduate population. As part of the leadership team for Employability and Graduate Futures they will contribute to both the strategic actions and operational plans across the Student and Graduate Success Directorate based in the University Portfolio for Academic Quality and Student Experience.
