Backgrounds in quantitative finance, computer science, and finance are especially welcome.As a Graduate Quality Assurance, you will assist in creating and executing testing plans within the Agile (Scrum) framework, to help validate and verify the quality of our solutions.   • Design, develop, and document application test scenarios and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications for all product offerings.
  • Create, implement, and maintain test coverage for regulatory technology applications.
  • Collaborate in an Agile team with QA Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to shape product offerings.
  • Execute testing for each sprint or testing phase and conduct exploratory testing during development.
  • Analyse and document bugs and customer issues using Jira, ensuring proper tracking and reporting on testing activities.
  • Prioritize testing tasks, scenarios, and test cases effectively.
  • Follow and contribute to QA process improvements to ensure consistency and standardization across product lines.

Requirements

  • Level 7 or 8 degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Science, Commerce, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills to identify comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Good understanding of test automation concepts.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Protractor.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Basic understanding of BDD frameworks and tools like Cucumber.
  • Experience with test script creation.
  • Knowledge of database testing.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and methodologies, with the ability to create effective test cases.
  • Experience in regression testing, compatibility testing, system testing, black-box testing, and UAT.
