Graphic Production SpecialistAs a Graphics Production Specialist (1FTE), you will play a key role in coordinating and executing essential prepress activities within our print and packaging production processes, ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality and capacity standards.You will be responsible for analyzing digital artwork files, creating customer proofs, and managing the creation and revision of parts based on our manufacturing capabilities. Your work will be central to maintaining high-quality production standards, performing thorough quality control checks, and ensuring timely execution of all prepress tasks.In the role as Graphics Production Specialist will also oversee the creation and procurement of tools, ensuring that they meet internal specifications and are delivered to production teams within deadlines. This includes working closely with tool suppliers to guarantee a continuous supply of high-quality tools. Alongside this, you will provide crucial support in troubleshooting prepress and printing issues, assisting with various design initiatives, and contributing to the successful implementation of corporate harmonization and best practices.In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will be involved in Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CA/PA) to drive continuous improvement within the production process. You will help resolve any issues that arise, ensuring that both internal quality standards and ISO requirements are met.Your expertise in prepress and graphic production will contribute to the overall efficiency, reliability, and success of our processes, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent product quality!At Oliver we understand the importance of your job satisfaction.   • Education and experience: You hold an Associate/Bachelor’s degree with a Graphical, technical or engineering orientation, and you have at least 3 years of experience in prepress production, ideally in a medical or pharmaceutical packaging environment. You bring strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign, allowing you to create and refine designs with confidence. Familiarity with prepress software like Esko Deskpack, Artpro+, and Automation Engine would be a great asset, adding significant value to the team. A solid understanding of industrial printing processes such as Flexographic, Gravure, and Digital printing can help ensure smooth production workflows. A good grasp of color theory and the ability to perform color matching and correction would be highly beneficial and set you apart.
