The Group FP&A Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing insightful financial analysis and strategic support to an established and growing business. - Own the Budgeting and Forecasting – prepare and deliver detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Analyse financial performance and identify trends or variances against key business metrics.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment with financial targets and strategies.
- Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities.
- Streamline and improve existing FP&A processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.

- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in financial analysis or planning
