The role will report to the VP – Total Rewards & Organization and will be based in our HQ in Amsterdam.Job Purpose
Lead the design and the strategic development for Organizational Design/Company Transformation projects.
Improve the company organizational and redesign the operating model, acting as a trusted advisor and coach for HR Business Partners and HR Director, in line with the global strategy evolution.
Lead the banding/grading process redesign consistent with the organizational needs and the Company certified systems.Key Accountabilities

  • Drive the continuous improvement of organization design methodology, processes, tools and best practice research and other initiatives requiring subject matter expertise or support through Benchmarking, Trainings, Workshops
  • Promote state of the art organizational capabilities to create a team of Subject Matter Experts to optimize organizational effectiveness and the achievement of business strategies and objectives.
  • Drive the definition of the Global Operating Model cooperating with Business Leaders guaranteeing overall effectiveness and adherence to the organizational strategy.
  • Redesign the banding/grading system process ensuring organizational consistency with the company strategy
  • Establish key metrics for organizational design and development and drive key processes to track organizational effectiveness
  • Ensure adoption and adaptation of organizational design trends driving research and leading benchmarking on best practices and participating as an active member to the relevant Forums.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other similar disciplines
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the HR field gained by working in international consultancy firms and/or large multinational companies with relevant accountabilities on Organization Design. managing foreign countries / regions. Different backgrounds will be taken into the proper consideration.
  • At least 3 years of senior managerial role with direct people leadership.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Practitioner (with a cutting-edge knowledge) of Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness methodologies and tools.
  • Consumer at the core – strong service orientation and empathy with clients, strong influencer.
  • Innovator – initiates new ideas and triggers change seeks new ways of doing things sources new knowledge both within and outside the organization
  • Business oriented
