We are currently partnering with Euroconsumers, a global organization based in Madrid, to recruit a Group Service Manager to lead Business Architecture Improvement.About the RoleAs part of Euroconsumers’ strategic transformation, business architecture and processes are evolving. Your role will be to ensure alignment between new products, applications, and value streams, optimizing efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.You will lead a team responsible for creating and maintaining business architecture frameworks, ensuring stakeholders’ engagement and driving continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities✔ Oversee business architecture (capabilities, product catalog, processes, and information models) to ensure strategic alignment.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights based on value stream and business architecture analysis.
✔ Support teams in identifying necessary business operations changes (new concepts, major process updates, business rules).
✔ Develop and enforce methodologies for process improvement, ensuring consistency across the organization.
✔ Promote a process culture through governance, policies, facilitation, and communication strategies.Your Profile✅ 8+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary & multi-regional teams.
✅ Expertise in business architecture, process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, SAFE), and enterprise transformation.
✅ Strong project management & stakeholder communication skills, especially at the C-level.
✅ Deep understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and process optimization.
