Introduction

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team to manage lead generation efforts for our French-speaking regions. You will plan, execute, and optimise Lightspeed’s paid media campaigns across different channels to drive sales and grow the Lightspeed FR business.

In order to thrive in this role, you will need to be a strong team player and collaborate with the Growth Team and other Marketing and Sales departments. 

What you’ll be responsible for OR What we need from you

  • Own the Marketing Acquisition targets for the French region. 
  • You will plan, execute and optimise Lightspeed’s paid media campaigns to drive leads for our French SDR and Sales team
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance across all marketing channels. Present weekly and monthly performance reports to the FR Sales and Marketing teams
  • Monitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance and troubleshoot ad issues that affect delivery, performance, tracking, and reporting
  • Work with other EMEA performance marketers to share, analyze, and optimise paid campaigns to maximize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the FR Integrated Marketing Manager to bring to life integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives (example: nurture funnels, and brand activations)
  • Work with the design and content teams to create, manage, and optimize display and video efforts.
  • Support Outbound efforts via media campaigns (list warming)

What you’ll be bringing to the team

  • 2+ years of experience managing performance-focused campaigns across search, social, video, display, referral partners and affiliates
  • Fluent French speaker with flawless writing skills
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Expert level proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, YouTube Ads
  • Experience using website and business analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau, Google Analytics, Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics

Even better if you have, but not necessary

  1. Lead generation experience in a B2B SAAS environment
  2. Experience in a customer-facing marketing role
  3. Knowledge of marketing channel attribution models
  4. Any additional European languages
