The GSM will coach and lead the Team Leader & Receptionists who are responsible for looking after the front of house operations located at our two sites.The GSM will check, mentor and help the team. Work together with the Team Leader and Receptionists to develop close relationships with all occupiers and the tenants across both buildings. This role is highly visible, and the GSM will be a recognisable face throughout both buildings and with everyone involved in the operations. The GSM will be highly motivated and engaging, ensuring the status quo is challenged and be experienced and comfortable with proposing and implementing change.Hours: 40hrs a week Mon – Fri 08:00 – 18:00QualificationsThe Guest Services Manager would need to have people management experience, be highly motivated and a well presented individual with a natural and authentic flair for building rapport. Excellent all- round communication and organisational skills are essential, as well a as a strong passion for delivering five – star customer service. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy and fast paced working environment, where teamwork is paramount to the success of the operation.They will have a proven track record of working at a supervisory or management level, within a high- end customer service role, ideally within a corporate reception environment.Additional InformationWhat’s in it for you?
