As the Gynaecology and Sexual Health Quality and Safety Manager Leading you will establish a high profile for quality governance within the Trust and collaborate within the clinical operating model to share good practice. Identifying local and divisional trends by analysing aggregated data and triangulating information to give a holistic picture of quality within the division and to support the identification of risks and quality improvement opportunities.Analyse evidence from a variety of sources to ensure it supports regulatory and statutory requirements, escalating risk and non-compliance where necessary.   • Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge of Datix/StEIS electronic reporting systems
  • Demonstrates IT skills in application and use of Microsoft programmes
  • A good knowledge of the principles of risk and patient safety management and how to apply them in practice.

Desirable

  • Min 5 years experience as a registered nurse
  • Investigation Training (HSIB Silver) or previous investigation experience
  • Experience of managing feedback and complaints
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing safety and quality improvement projects
