Head Chef – Destination New Opening Restaurant, London

Our client is opening a destination restaurant concept with a cocktail bar offering breathtaking city views. The venue will feature modern French dishes with influences from Mediterranean cuisines, all while providing breathtaking views of London. They seek a skilled and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead the kitchen in this innovative concept.

As the Head Chef , you will manage the kitchen’s daily operations and menu development. Your responsibilities will include overseeing stock control, placing orders, and ensuring top-notch food preparation and presentation. This is a fantastic chance to play a vital role in launching a unique, upscale dining experience in one of London’s prime locations.

Key Requirements:

* Experience in French and Mediterranean cooking, preferably with a focus on modern French bistro cuisine.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar setting.
* Committed to providing outstanding service and upholding high-quality standards.
* Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage a busy kitchen.
* Experience in training, developing, and inspiring a kitchen team.
* Solid understanding of financial management, scheduling, wage control, and P&L oversight.
