Within the Human Resources organization, the CoE enables capability building in talent management processes, tools and best practices.Symrise – always inspiring more…Your roleWe are looking for an accomplished Head of CoE Global Talent Management (m/f/d) to design and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that supports Symrise’s sustainable growth and aligns with its business objectives. As a core member of the Corporate HR Leadership Team, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to create, implement and drive talent, learning and development strategies on a global scale, fostering a culture of high performance, inclusion and engagement. In this strategic role, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong leadership and succession pipelines to ensure Symrise’s long-term success.To deliver on the strategic and operational Talent Management agenda, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of Talent Management, L&D and Change Management experts in direct and indirect reporting lines across multiple locations and geographies.
- Lead international leadership programs, accelerated development initiatives and structured mentorships to develop diverse high-potential talent groups
- Create a global L&D framework that addresses the evolving needs of our people and our business
- Develop and implement goal-oriented performance management processes to foster a performance-driven culture
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy that addresses diverse engagement drivers across regions and cultures to support Symrise’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
- Act as a strategic partner in change management, advising and supporting the organization on transformational HR initiatives that drive business growth and agility
- Implement global standards for key leadership competencies and ensure implementation of regional and global programs that support Symrise’s long-term success
About you
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- At least 15 years of experience in Talent Management and Human Resources
- Significant leadership experience in a dynamic, multinational business environment
- Track record of developing and delivering Talent Management strategies and solutions that address key talent issues
- Strong knowledge of leadership assessment in the identification, promotion and development of current and future leaders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, seeking opportunities to raise awareness of talent strategy and gain buy-in from the business
- Strong analytical capabilities that help translate data into meaningful and actionable insights
- Advanced planning, prioritization and project management skills
- Demonstrated passion for and commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Effective at building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives, peers and business partners within a highly matrixed environment
- Business acumen and strategic thinking to identify talent needs based on current and future business objectives
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are advantageous
