Salary on appointment will be £45,737 per annum with an annual increment up to £52,841 per annum.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Communications and Advocacy to lead the University’s corporate communications, including proactive and reactive media relations and social media.

The role supports UEA’s strategic objectives by driving the development and delivery of communications strategies, plans and projects across multiple channels.

You will oversee the delivery of high-profile campaigns and champion a collaborative approach to grow the reputation of UEA globally and support student recruitment.

You will have experience in a similar senior level communications role. You will have proven media relations experience, dealing with both proactive and crisis communications, and be able to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
