, In line with the Airbus leadership model, manage direct team(s). Engage, develop and motivate the direct team(s), within Airbus Values using the HR processes & development tools. Build a trustful and inclusive environment, promoting collaboration facts driven decisions and an out of silos mindset.
Ensure deliverables on time, cost and quality to ensure Customer Satisfaction; escalate risks and opportunities. Encourage innovation and continuous improvement by detecting and eliminating non added-value activities. Secure the business at short/mid/long term, contributing to increase Airbus profitability.

  • Acts as the interface with mother company for accounting, consolidation, tax, capex, treasury, ethics & compliance and IT
  • Be the interface and the challenger with local Directors for all Finance topics
  • Is the IT accountable person with the support of Airbus Helicopters IT team: strategy, users satisfaction, software and hardware investments, recurrent opex
  • Lead the financial scope: ICSA, fit check, road maps
  • Manage PR, PO and Payment validation
  • Manage a team of six (4 in Finance, 2 in IT)
  • Manage and direct the production of regular finance and management accounts, budgets, and forecasts for Airbus Helicopter Hungary (Joint Venture)
  • Lead financial audits
  • Lead Tax strategy and reports
  • Deploys group finance initiatives (e.g. finance transformation, cash containment)
  • Manage the claim of subsidies with HIPA
  • Is the Ethics & Compliance Representative
  • Is the secretary of the Operational Supervisory Board

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.,

  • MSC in Finance or Accounting
  • Excellent accounting and financial analytical skills
  • Have at least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role of a mid-size manufacturing company
  • Experience in reporting to mother company (OP, forecast, cash report and forecast, pluriannuel capex analysis and follow up)
  • Strong management skills: management, direct team, board members, shareholders, external partners
  • Ethics & Compliance oriented, as per Airbus Value
  • Active English knowledge
  • Mobile to travel for mission to mother company (at the beginning more frequently)
