Oak View Group International is seeking an exceptional Head of Health and Safety to champion our safety agenda across OVG Hospitality’s stadium division, the prestigious Rhubarb hospitality collection, Bovingdons, and our portfolio of legendary venues that define entertainment and dining experiences.This isn’t just about compliance – it’s about creating a culture where safety and quality become the heartbeat of everything we do. You’ll be the visionary leader who transforms policies into practice, turning health and safety from a necessity into a competitive advantage. Working alongside divisional directors and external bodies like the FSA and EHO, you’ll drive forward our HACCP systems, investigate the mysteries behind incidents, and ensure our risk assessments are bulletproof.Your expertise will span from quarterly steering committees where you’ll present your findings to the board, through to hands-on training sessions that inspire teams across our estate.
