Do you feel the power to provide professional co-ordination and management of Group IT&D GBS Consumer Services and E&P organisations’ activities and manages his/her organisation with ownership, ensures sustainable solutions development and customer focused operation?Would you deliver solutions to business requirements by adequate information technology systems/applications?Would you like to be a strategic partner for related business lines and contribute to the strategy execution and delivery?Main responsibilities:People operations:Responsible for Consumer Services and E&P domain organisations’ people management by defining goals and development plans to
minimize attrition and hiring period,
increase internal promotion rate and employee engagement,
provide frequent feedback to direct reports,
ensure succession and assignment planning,
manage talents within the organization.People transformations:Establish Consumer Services and E&P domains’ structure and integrate all geographical/different teams.
Initiate and bring STARS and Growth Mindset in the same level for all employees in every organisation.
Contribute to devise employer branding and responsible for deployment it within the team.Process operations within Consumer Services domain:Determine, track and deliver operational and delivery KPIs.
Ensure the proper utilization of the resources.
Own, oversee and maintain the domain portfolio.
Establish strong partnership with Business departments/leaders.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve service levels and reduce cost across domain activities.Process transformation:Establish team structure within Consumer Services and E&P domain and cross domain operational processes.
Identify/establish market ready IT services and contribute to enter the market with them.Technology operations: Oversee IT development standard methodologies and IT system landscape in the Consumer Services domain.Technology transformations: Standardize/unify IT system landscape, co-operate and contribute for establishing HQ IT Consumer Services roadmaps.Drive the OPEX and Service Catalogue planning and deliver the defined targets.Drive the CAPEX planning and deliver CAPEX utilization targets.Main requirements:University degree in matematics or computer science or engineering, information security
Min. 10 years professional experience, 5 years management experience
High-level result & leadership management
Project management incl. system implementation experiences (complex systems with high number of users)
IT vendor management
Experience on international matrix operation
English is at business level
Driving license and willingness to travel to MOL subsidiaries incl. remote locations (max 20%)What we offer:Autonomoity in your daily work
