- Ensure timely execution of the maintenance strategy, including preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration plans.
- Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) considerations for maintenance activities, including permits, Permit to Work (PTW), and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Manage contractors, ensuring safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate effectively between site maintenance and operations.
- Make key decisions on staffing, workflows for work order management, and selection of maintenance contractors and vendors.
About youExperience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating successful management of maintenance operations and teams.
- Strong people management skills (talent acquisition, performance management, skills matrix).
- Experience in budgeting and financial control.
- Strategic planning and objectives management skills.
Technical skills:
- Engineering Knowledge: Proficiency in engineering principles and practices.
- Maintenance: Training or certification in maintenance.
- Budgeting and Financial Control: Experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
- Strategic Planning: Skills in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Work Order Management: Knowledge of workflows for work order management.
- Compliance and Safety: Understanding of HSE considerations, including permits, PTW, and LOTO procedures.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving maintenance goals.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and developing innovative solutions.
- Collaboration: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to manage changing priorities and new technologies.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Languages:
- Fluency in Hungarian, English on advanced level
Education:
- Engineering degree or equivalent (advanced degree or MBA preferred).
