You will work closely with nursing teams, service leads, and multidisciplinary colleagues to uphold clinical excellence, improve patient experience, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to implement strategic priorities, drive quality improvement initiatives, and support workforce planning and development. You will act as a professional role model, providing guidance, support, and clinical leadership to nursing teams while championing best practice and innovation in care delivery.Working collaboratively with the Divisional Nurse, you will contribute to service redesign, policy development, and performance monitoring, ensuring that care aligns with both regulatory requirements and organisational objectives.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated nurse leader to take the next step in their career, influence positive change, and support the strategic delivery of high-quality services across the division.About usAneurin Bevan University Health Board is a multi-award-winning NHS organisation with a passion for caring.
