This is a leadership position where operational excellence meets strategic thinking.You’ll be responsible for continuing the journey of harmonizing 2 proud company administrations into one.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing the P&O Core Delivery team, creating a positive environment built on trust, accountability, and shared success.Aiming for high-quality P&O services aligned with global and regional frameworks while staying fully compliant with Danish labor laws.Driving team growth through coaching, development plans, and continuous feedback to ensure each colleague thrives professionally.Anchoring our P&O digitalization journey by integrating digital tools into the daily P&O deliverables, simplifying support structures and create seamless processes aiming for operational excellenceCollaborating with global and regional P&O teams, ensuring our ways of working and day-to-day support are aligned and anchored in all the right placesContributing to the regional P&O DK leadership team, providing perspective, sparring on key topics, and helping shape strategic initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who finds purpose in leading others, sees structure and process as enablers of great culture, and thrives in a space where local impact meets global ambition.To succeed you must come with:Proven leadership abilities, with a strong focus on, inspiring, guiding, and setting clear direction for your team.Solid process understanding, including knowledge of local compliance requirements and GDPR regulations.A strong digital mindset, with hands-on experience using Workday (WD) and other HR-enabling systems.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence effectively at all levels.A sharp execution focus, capable of planning, prioritizing, communicating, tracking progress, and mitigating risks proactively.The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, navigating ambiguity and change with confidence and resilience.Application deadline: 23rd July 2025Contact details: Head of P&O Denmark, Maria Lund Sydtoft,Could our purpose be yours?
