This role involves developing and implementing factory sales strategies, managing the factory sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.How You’ll Make an Impact

• Contribute and collaborate to the development of sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
• Develop and implement factory sales strategies
• Lead, manage, and empower the team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with important customers and collaborators.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to see potential opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Operate within a matrix organization, collaborating closely with the EMEA sales team to align strategies and achieve regional sales goals.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Many years of experience in the field of sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Hungarian is required.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

About the TeamYou will be part of a professional Team which will be there to guide and assist you, throughout your daily tasks. Location: Csepel (District 21st)Organizational Relations

• Reports to the Head of Factory, and functionally to EMEA Sales.
• Collaborates with various departments including marketing, production, and customer service.
