AND……much, much more!What will I do?You’ll manage all aspects of the health club & spa from driving retail revenue, ensure the guests receive top class service whether they are receiving a single treatment, on a spa weekend break or attending the health club, driving membership, ensure classes are full and health & safety. Managing a team, you will lead by example, working together alongside them as and when required and ensure the team are continually trained and delivering treatments to a very high standard.You’ll form part of the senior team at Cheltenham Chase with support from a Health Club Manager and an Assistant Spa Manager. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualification
Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus!
Previous health club experience
Commercially minded with the ability to drive memberships
Strong compliance, health & safety and legislation knowledge
Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor and Pool Plant/Pool Responder/Lifeguard qualified, preferred
